√ Medication-free childbirth
√ Getting out of bed and walking immediately after giving birth
When I was pregnant with my first child, I had initially decided not to use an epidural because I was aware of its side effects. However, each time I experienced contractions, I felt very tense and in a lot of pain, so I eventually gave in and chose to have an epidural.
When I became pregnant with my second child, I reached out to San San because I wanted a gentle birth experience.
While in the delivery room, I listened to the rainbow relaxation and birth affirmations that my husband played. During contractions, I continuously used the techniques that San San had taught me, repeatedly employing the breathing methods.
I was even able to sit on the birth ball and watch some variety shows. The entire process was much more relaxing compared to my first birth.
In addition to using the birth ball, I also walked around a bit, and my husband performed light touch massages for me.
I went from 4 cm to 10 cm in just 40 minutes, which surprised everyone, including myself.
Moreover, after giving birth, I was able to get up and move around easily. I am truly grateful to San San and strongly recommend that expectant parents attend her HypnoBirthing classes.
【Mentor’s Note】
After the birth of her second child, Szimin sent me photos and messages:
“San San, thank you! I did it!”
“If I hadn’t met you, I wouldn’t have known that it’s possible to give birth without relying on an epidural.”
I recall her firmly stating in class that she did not want to use pain relief for this birth. She achieved her goal, and I am truly happy for her.
Knowing that her entire process was smooth and comfortable, and that she could immediately get up and walk around after the birth, I believe she had a wonderful birthing experience. Later, she even sent me a big ✌🏻 because she “saved money on the epidural,” haha!
